Terms

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Forever in Pages (foreverinpages.com), operated by [Company legal name] (“we”). Contact: [support@foreverinpages.com].

What you’re buying

A personalised digital book, “Forever in Pages: How We Met”, written from the answers you give us, which you can read online, download as a PDF, and share with private links. It is digital only; we don’t sell printed books. The price is £9.99, paid once. There is no subscription.

Previewing and paying

You can create and preview your book for free. Payment is taken by Stripe when you unlock your book, and your full book is available as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Your right to cancel

Because your book is digital content made specifically for you, when you unlock it you ask us to supply it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it has been unlocked. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights: if your book is faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right or refund you.

Your content

You keep all rights in your memories and photographs. You give us permission to store and process them only to make, show and deliver your book. Please only upload photographs you have the right to use, and don’t include anything unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse to create books that break these rules.

The writing

Your story is drafted with the help of AI, from your answers, and checked against them. Please read it before sharing: you can edit any line. The book is for personal, non-commercial use.

Availability

We work hard to keep your book available and to keep the PDF downloadable. We recommend downloading the PDF as your keepsake. If you delete your book, it can’t be recovered.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your book.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can also bring proceedings in your home part of the UK.
